RRingDesk

Account control

Request deletion of your account or profile data.

The standalone customer app creates no RingDesk sign-in account. Signed-in agent and developer accounts use the paths below when production deletion processing is reported as configured; otherwise contact the privacy team.

Customer profile

Remove the application in-app

No RingDesk customer account or customer sign-in is created. Open the connected application in RingDesk Customer Support, choose Remove application, and confirm. This ends any active support call, deletes that application's profile and access link, and clears the saved entry from the device. Contact the host application for historical call records or data it holds outside RingDesk.

Agent account

Request in the app

When the app reports deletion processing as configured, open Account and settings, choose Delete account, and type DELETE. The same screen shows and can cancel a pending request. Otherwise use the privacy address below.

Developer account

Request from the workspace

When the portal reports deletion processing as configured, use the Delete account control in the top bar. Transfer a shared workspace before deleting its owner. Otherwise use the privacy address below.

Cancellation and processing

Where production deletion processing is configured, an authenticated request can be cancelled for 7 days before identity and associated data are removed. Until that deployment check passes, RingDesk does not promise automatic completion. Minimal records may be retained only for security, disputes, or legal obligations.

Need help with a request?

Email privacy@ringdesk.app from the address on the account when possible. Include a request ID only if the product displayed one, plus the host application's name for customer-profile requests. Never send passwords, application codes, access tokens, or signing keys.
